Iskalo Development Corp. is seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician – Facilities to support and maintain a portfolio of premier commercial, retail, and residential buildings across Erie and Niagara Counties. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who values variety, independence, and solving complex maintenance challenges in the field.
Responsibilities
- Tackle a wide range of maintenance and repair work—plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and HVAC support
- Travel between properties using a company-provided vehicle
- Respond to service requests and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections to keep buildings in excellent shape
- Use hand and power tools to diagnose and fix problems efficiently
- Interact with tenants, property managers, and teammates in a professional, friendly way
Qualifications
- 3+ years of maintenance or skilled trades experience
- Solid knowledge of building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing)
- Comfortable working independently
- Valid NYS driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
