Position Summary

Iskalo Development, a full-service Real Estate Development Company, is looking for a skilled Painter to join our team. The Painter is responsible for providing support to the Property Management and Construction Teams.  This person will play a key role in renovating commercial and residential units to ensure they are move-in ready.

Qualifications

• Professional painting experience required;
• Technical/Trade school and completion of craft apprenticeship preferred; High School diploma required;
• Valid NYS driver license with clean history;
• Strong ability to troubleshoot independently;
• Strong customer relations skills;
• Understanding of basic construction language and concepts;
• Available to work on call in support of multiple commercial, residential and hospitality-based properties;
• Professional style of verbal and written communication

Salary

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19 – $23 per hour
