Position Summary
Iskalo Development Corp. is seeking a Senior Accountant to support the accounting operations of our commercial real estate portfolio. This role is responsible for accurate financial reporting across multiple properties and ownership entities and works closely with property management and leadership.
This is an excellent opportunity for an accountant with real estate or property management experience who wants stable hours, meaningful responsibility, and exposure to a high-quality portfolio.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5–7 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or property management
- Strong understanding of GAAP and property accounting
- Experience with Yardi, MRI, Sage, or similar accounting systems a plus
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly property financial statements and supporting schedules
- Maintain and reconcile property and entity-level general ledger accounts
- Reconcile rent, CAM, real estate taxes, insurance, and related transactions
- Assist with annual CAM and tax reconciliations
- Reconcile operating, security deposit, and escrow accounts
- Prepare job cost schedules and support capital and development projects
- Assist with budgets, forecasts, audits, and ownership reporting
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
Preferred Skills
- CAM reconciliation experience
- Multi-property or portfolio accounting experience
Compensation & Benefits
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000 – $90,000 annually
